The fibre is obtained from goat hair. More precisely, it is the down taken from their neck, where the hair is softest and finest. The cashmere down used for our pashmina scarf is of incredible fineness. While a human hair measures between 40 and 100 microns, cashmere down measures only 15.

Our pashmina scarves are crafted from this exceptionally soft material, but they also result — above all — from a genuine traditional expertise. Our makers, from a family originating in the kingdom of Mustang — a region between Nepal and Tibet — are exceptional specialists. This family has been working cashmere and crafting pashmina scarves for generations. Today they successfully combine ancestral craftsmanship with the latest technologies — and our collections are proof of this... The looms in our workshops are traditionally hand-operated, and the fringes are entirely knotted by hand.
