Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of 45 (forty-five) days, or within a period of 15 (fifteen) days during sale periods. The withdrawal period expires 45 days (or 15 days during sale periods) after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, please visit our website and submit a return request, either via your customer account if you created one when placing your order, or via the "make a return" link at the bottom of our website if you ordered as a guest. A return label will be provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount should you choose a refund.


Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice, where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract to the following address:

This deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will be required to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Your liability is limited solely to any diminishment in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

 

How do I make a return?

You have 45 days from the date of receipt of your
order to change your mind and return your items for an exchange
or a refund. If your item was purchased in a sale, the return period is a maximum of 14 days.

 

 Return procedure:

 

1. SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:

  • If you have a Mahogany customer account, please log in to your personal account, then go to the "My orders" section.
  • If you do not have an account, please scroll to the bottom of our website and click on "Manage my return", or access it directly via this link.
  • You will need your order number as well as the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.

 

 2. SELECT THE ITEMS TO RETURN:

  • Tick the items you wish to return, indicate the reason for the return for each one, then
    confirm your request. 

 

3. PREPARE THE PARCEL

  • Place the unworn items, in their original packaging, back into your parcel.

 

 4. AFFIX THE RETURN LABEL TO YOUR PARCEL

 

 

 5. HAND THE PARCEL TO THE CARRIER IDENTIFIED ON THE LABEL

 

 

The return will not be accepted if the item is unfit for resale (damaged, worn or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by its label and, if applicable, its protective film.

If applicable, the item will be returned to you.
