Shipments of items outside the EU are exempt from most current taxes. In this case, Your invoice will be free of charges.

If you require a refund, you will not be refunded the extra charge for the colour. For example, if the price is £100 then we will ask you for £15 extra for this specific colour but if you request a refund you will only be refunded the £100.
Likewise, if you cancel your order before receiving it, we will give you a refund on the initial price of the sweater but not on the extra charge for the colour. This is because your order will have been manufactured already.
If you are not sure about the choice of colour: you can order a catalogue full of cashmere colours; in which you will be able to see the colours available on cashmere swatches. We will ask for a £20 payment for this catalogue, which includes shipping costs. We will refund you your £20 when the catalogue has been returned to us.
If you are not sure about the size you require: you can order a similar item in a similar size from our other in stock items. When you are happy with the size choice you can send the sweater back, and you will be able to order your sweater in a specific colour. In this case, you won’t be asked to pay for shipping costs again.
